Larry Danna

Larry Danna is a 2023 MPU Fellow and Brickyard Captain of Kentucky’s Lexington Brickyard.

Larry is a devoted family man, happily married to his high school sweetheart Kimberly for 27 years. They reside on a horse farm in Woodford County, KY, raising their three children: Madison (26), Jack (24), and Grant (22).

A proud graduate of the University of Southern California, Larry studied business and received a debate scholarship. Growing up in Dayton, Ohio, and Kansas City, Missouri, he enjoyed playing baseball as a catcher and running a successful lawn-mowing business. Larry’s love for business and constructive argumentation developed early on. In his free time, he indulges in golfing, collecting bourbon and wine, and embarking on enriching travels.

Larry’s commitment to service began in high school through his involvement with Junior Achievement, teaching business and civics to youth. Professionally, he collaborates with global technology start-ups, private equity firms, venture capital, and board of directors, providing advisory services and accelerating sales and revenue.

Previously, Larry excelled as a management consultant, advising clients in consumer goods, retail, and logistics, overseeing a $500 million global profit and loss.
