Karime is a passionate and driven professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Multidisciplinary Studies, focusing on Psychology, Marketing, and Medical Humanities. As a former Division I Women’s Soccer student-athlete at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, she balanced a rigorous academic schedule with athletic training, earning Dean’s List honors and a scholarship while actively engaging in community service and inspiring young athletes.
Her professional journey has been diverse and rewarding, with experience in administrative, marketing, and youth development roles. At AXIOS Warrior Academy, she managed operations, social media, and client engagement, while her time with the Boys and Girls Club allowed her to support youth development and mentorship initiatives. Currently, she serves as a Registered Behavior Technician, where she works one-on-one with children on the Autism Spectrum, implementing therapeutic strategies that enhance their communication, social, and daily living skills.
In addition to her career, she co-founded the Fuego Run Club in Austin, a community-driven initiative promoting health and connection. Fluent in English and Spanish and proficient in American Sign Language, she prides herself on being adaptable, resilient, and creative. She is eager to continue growing personally and professionally, using her skills to make a meaningful impact.
