Vineet Rajan is on the Advisory Board for the Washington, D.C. Brickyard + More Perfect Union.

He is the Co-Founder and CEO of Paraclete, the world’s first SoulCare™ platform which helps employers actualize a thriving workforce where workers can truly bring their whole selves to work.

Prior to Paraclete, Vineet served for 11 years as an officer in the Marine Corps in strategic roles including as a military intelligence exchange officer in the UK and military legislative assistant to a US Congressman. Vineet led Marines in combat in both Iraq and Afghanistan, conducted humanitarian assistance and disaster relief in Japan, and helped craft national policy in both the US Congress and Pentagon.

Vineet holds an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business, a Masters Degree in International Relations (w/ Distinction) from the University of Cambridge, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drexel University.
